Mrs. Zainab, a
50-year-old woman, came to Moh. Hoesin Hospital with chief complain of
weakness. She also had palpitation and nausea sometimes. She had history of
eight times spontaneous labor. She had been suffering from hematoschezia frequently
since 1 year ago and her doctor said that she had haemorhoid. She seldom ate
vegetables and fruits.

epigastric pain, liver and spleen non palpable

koilonychia negative

anisocytosis, hypochrome microcyter, poikilocytosis

Hookworm’s eggs negative
